The Bach Tung’s BOD always believes that human resources play an important role in the success or failure of the company. Therefore, every year, The Management and the Human Resources Department focus on training plans to improve skills and professional knowledge for all employees of the enterprise in order to develop the capacity of the staff, especially management team and technical team.
Learning through training courses, each employee will accumulate and update more knowledge on their own, and especially learn and cultivate the experience of other colleagues to adapt the job requirement, facing with the future’s challenges.
Since 2015, Bach Tung has cooperated with many training centers such as: Pace Training School, Japan Training Support Organization (Jica), Vietnam-Japan Human Resource Development Center VJCC, to connect long-term and short-term training on working method skills, management skills, leadership, etc. for all Management teams from the positions of quite good specialists, vice-leaders, production leaders to other managers. Manager.
In addition, every year, the Company often sends technicians to Japan and Korea for technical training and access to modern machinery to apply to the company.
And the expected affection of focusing on training and developing human resources that the company increasingly improve production capacity and expands production markets to foreign countries as the Company's vision.
